I started workout in 1985. Back then the gym was mainly attracted by Bodybuilders. In the meantime I was able to follow the impressive development in the fitness area. People are more concern about their health and look. Also people found out that activity is the best way for stress relief.

I'm certified Personal Trainer from the American Association for Muscle and Fitness. In Germany I did the education as Fitness Trainer at the reputated BSA academy. My studies don't only include general fitness training. A lot of people coming with injuries from other sports or muscle pain due to office work. That's why I also study rehabilitation training as well as health training. This topics are also very important things in the weight loss training. Overweighted people have to be carefull when they start workout - you want to be successfull in a long run.
To adress the serious athlet I have further education in training top performers.
Beside the training the nutrition is an important factor for health, well being and for your body shape. 50% of your success may be proper nutrition! That's why I followed the studies in nutrition and got certified as nutrition consultant.
